How do I find the prices of houses recently sold?

Hello BP friends,

I need to analyze some properties recently sold in the Texas but don't see the 'Sold' value. Where can I find the sold prices of the houses I am in interested in.

Hello Moe, there are some places in the US that are called non-disclosure states. This means that in those states it is not legal to publish the sale prices of homes on public records. Unfortunately Texas is a non-disclosure so you will likely not be able to get this information. Going through an agent with MLS access is probably your best bet.
