I just finished renovating a new property I just purchased. Here are the numbers and pictures below. Even with the higher interest I'm still able to get deals and make them work! Don't get discouraged just keep turning over every rock.

Townhouse

Purchase price: $119,900 (hard money)

new loan amount: $123k

renovation: $18,000 (my own money)

appraised at: $175k

Rent: $1550/month

PITI: $1075

let me know what you think of the numbers. Would you have done this deal?
