Portfolio Optimization Question…

Justin Walls
Posted

Hi BP Team…I'm an investor in the Austin TX market with about 8 properties currently. I'm getting close to my DTI max. My goal is to have my lenders loan against my total portfolio equity, as opposed to looking at me as an individual or individual property equity. Can this be achieved through an S Corp, LLC, something else? Thoughts and guidance are appreciated!
