Favorite way to track metrics & KPI’s?

Good mornin’ guys!

I personally have used a few spreadsheets in which the layout changes way more often than it should and is very much a work in progress! I do really dig the Traction EOS Scorecard for metrics, but I have a hard time figuring out KPI’s to be able to tell the most efficient & effective use of your $$$ for marketing. I usually just use a spreadsheet that is very primitive that I have been using haha!
