Multi unit purshase and county/local property taxes re-assement

Disregard post. I am no longer purchasing this property.

Hi,

I am looking at purchasing a 50+ multi unit in Texas, but do not have experience in that state regarding property taxes re-assessment upon sale. Is it like in CA, roughly based on sale's price X county/city tax rate %?

I know that sale's price doesn't always gets disclosed in TX vs CA where it is public information and CA assessors use it for the assessments.

Any guidance would be appreciated
