Thank You Gift?

I got a great deal on a piece of property from a developer I do work for. Not only did I get a great deal, but they subordinated a decent amount so that I could get financing to build a house on it right away and not have to hold it for a longer period of time to save up some extra cash.

I would like to get her and her husband something. Not a joint gift but a gift to each of them to just say thank you and let them know how much I appreciate all they have done for me.

What are some ideas of things I could do, I was going to get him a gift card to a hunting store, but for her I am kind of at a loss. It won't be a large amount but just something to show my appreciation. Just because they have money coming in like crazy doesn't mean they don't appreciate small thank you gifts?

What are some ideas others have done in the past.

Thanks
