Fire Island RE investing

Good morning - Ive grown up and lived on LI for the majority of my life and have spent countless summers on FI. I was wondering if there is anyone in the bigger pockets network who does RE investment on FI ? It’s certainly a tight knit community and I’d imagine to do any business over there you’d likely need to have some connections. Curious if anyone is open to connecting on the subject who has experience investing in rental properties there. Would love to learn more about things like strategy, avg rents per month, off season periods, etc.  Thanks in advance !
