@Veronica Calvillo, We are not the cheapest Architect in the city; however, I assume our prices do seem to be relatively "investor friendly" considering how may of our clients are Real Estate Investors. Additionally, we do a lot of work within the City of chicago and have a good handle of what to expect when it comes to dealing with the City...
