I recently started attending my local REIA and have been able to link one of the investors at the meeting to a friend of mine with the money who wants to partner with them on the deal. All I did was bring the two parties together but I know many investors usually charge a "finders fee" for this sort of thing. Beyond just bringing the investors together I am offering to assist in the rehab work and property management (it is a lease option deal). What should I ask for as compensation for this deal getting done if anything?

Thanks!
