Anyone doing RV arbitrage?

I've been researching this space and would love some insight from anyone using this model. 

1. Are you finding this to be very seasonal? what is your average days rented for the year and average rental price ?

2. Do you invest in trailers, sprinter vans or larger busses? And if you have multiple which is bringing in the best return? 

3. Are you storing these at locations and how much are you paying a month for this?
