Any local masterminds or investing groups?

Hello everyone!

My name's Mohammed (Mo), I'm an investor and realtor that's looking to be around likeminded people who want to keep each other accountable as we achieve our RE goals for 2023 and beyond. 

Are there are mastermind or local investing groups that you can recommend? I've come across a couple of different networking events & meetups, but nothing that's similar to how a mastermind group would function in terms of keeping all group-members accountable.
