Lenders that take signed lease for HELOC income towards DTI FLO
I am trying to do a HELOC on my primary residence which is a duplex. My issue is I am doing a HELOC and I should be able to get about 100-120k based off 85-90% LTV. However my income doesn't allow 100-120k because it would exceed my debt to income ratio. Up until recently I was letting a family member stay there basically free. Now I have a signed lease in place and I was hoping to use that income towards the DTI like I did when I purchased the house. I don't have 2 years tax returns yet to support you the rental income. Any suggestions help in Florida. I've talked to Flagstar,Fairway, TD and PNC. Verdict is still out on TD and PNC.
