Hey everyone,

I wanted to see what type of perks investors on BiggerPockets have found throughout their investing journey for passive investments.  What has been your very best perk as a passive investor?  For example, Have you ever invested in a mutual fund that sent you and your family to Disneyland as a bonus for investing with them.  Or has your stock guy sent you and your sweetheart on a cruise before?

What has been your best Perk that you have gotten as a passive investor?
