Hey BP world! I am starting my research for where I want to invite in 2023 (or sooner). I have a friend with a SF rental in Dayton and I am planning to look for small MF (5-15) in that area. What is everyones thoughts? Good area to invest? MF right or something else. Just trying to get a feel for the area.
