Any luck with MidTerm rentals in Houston?
Hello everyone! Has anyone purchased a condo in Houston near medical to do a mid term rental? I have talked to several condos with HOA and they are all telling me they require a minimum of a one year lease in order for it to be leased out. I am very interested into tapping into this market... preferably not through rental arbitrage.
