Hubzu home for the minimum price?

This is our first rodeo with HUBZU and with one day to go we are the highest bidder at the opening bid of 93k cash however I have no idea what they will take for the property. The MLS has it listed for 127k but it has been reduced by almost 20k for three months in a row now. I cannot figure out the reserve and no one has bid against me yet. I am hopeful it will help me that the home is owner-occupied with no inspections. Thankfully I have an inside scoop. Any advice? I have read a lot that Hubzu is difficult to predict we do have an agent assisting us and although I have other rental properties my mom grew up in this particular neighborhood and I would love to raise my family there.
