Condos agreements and benefits packages in Branson

Ricky Rangel
Posted

We are new to the condos market in Branson. We just purchased a condo for nightly rentals and i noticed there was a decent amount of paperwork with the condo purchase. I wanted to ask if anyone had any insight about the condo paperwork or had any trouble with any of the agreements or resources. One of the resources they mention is the Diamond access pass which is sometimes included or not depending some factors. From what we have found out is that it is usually to pools, rec rooms, mini golf, ect that can be reserved for timeshare or vacation ownership users. Are there any considerations with the condo association agreements or access passes like Diamond that would change a condo rentability for better or worse? Not every condo has access pass options so it would mainly be interested in the condo agreements or some general guidelines for the market they offer. Thanks
