What are your thoughts about closet space in a rental?
A discussion about closets in rentals.
What are your thoughts and experiences with closets in rentals?
I will start out with a general question (but feel free to go anywhere with his as long as it's about closets).
In a Class B four-plex, long term hold looking to attract long term class B renters which do you think would be more attractive to them;
Walk in closets or Mirrored Closets (of equal size)?
I like the mirrored ones because they make the room brighter and feel bigger, but I am not a Class B renter.
