Hello,

I'm currently working with a local agent and he found a wholesaler. If I'm in contract with them and decide to back out due to the inspection. Can I get my earnest money back and do I owe a fee to the wholesaler? I'm trying to understand if this is much different than buying it traditionally.

Thanks,

Amir
