Looking to Network with Investors in the Pittsburgh Area

Hey everyone, my wife and I are looking to invest in the Pittsburgh and surrounding areas. Looking into LTR as well as STR/Corporate housing, open to SFH but would prefer multifamily. We are looking to network to work with and possibly partner with anyone wanting to do the same. My wife and brother in law have do tiling and flooring so we can offer those services.
