Hey guys, so my partner and I just secured a whole sale deal in lake county, Florida. This is a great rental opportunity for long term or Airbnb. The unit is across the street from a boat launch pad that has access to Harris Chain of Lakes which connects Lake Eustis, Lake Harris, and Lake Dora!! NO HOA!! NO LOT RENT, you own the land.
