Wholesaling/ Buyers List

I’m looking to get into wholesaling properties in my local market (central FL), I am looking for a good way to get started into real estate. Any advance or suggestions pros and cons that could be helpful. Right now I am working on getting a business phone and getting in contact with my local title company’s to understand the underwriting process.

I am also trying to build a buyers list so if you are buying in Central/ East Central FL (Orange, Seminole and Volusia county) and are looking for deals I would love to talk. Any advice is helpful
