Hi, I and a few buddies are new and excited about REI. We have a few properties, 2 in Greenville , SC and one in the tri area in NC. Was wondering, do you guys recommend any particular PM in Greenville area? Thanks! Do you also recommend working with a local agent from bigger pockets? I appreciate any help.
