Co-Living Here in The Triangle?

I'd love to hear your thoughts on co-living in the area! Additionally, I'm looking for a contractor to convert a 4 bedroom into a 7 bedroom. And I need a local property manager who's familiar with renting by the room. All info or ideas are welcome :)
