Investing in Tallahassee, FL
Hey all,
I'm new to the investing screen and have been doing research on strategies and terminologies with major help from the BP website. I feel I have a grasp and an understanding on how I would like to approach the market. I currently live in New York City and would like to invest in Florida(Tallahassee), Some parts of Atlanta, and Michigan. I'm focusing now on Tallahassee and would like to know if anyone has any advice for investing in Tallahassee.
Would it be difficult to invest outside of your residing hometown?
Is Florida a buy and hold market or would I be able to make quick wholesale and/or short sales?
Thank you for any advice you can give.

Hey George, I actually live in Tallahassee and love it. I have some great properties that you could flip quite easily. The way to do things remotely is to have a good system in place and also to have people with a good reputation and who are trustworthy. I only work with realestate attorneys of that state and they keep everything legal and honest. I work with reputable, hardworking contractors who are competitive. I am a realestate investor and wholesale and fix and flips at the moment. Call me
