I need help with a Pecan Farm lead - Agriculture

Is anybody interested in buying a pecan farm in Yavapai County AZ? I got a lead but not only do I not know how to comp it, but I also wouldn't even know where to begin selling it. Is anyone with some experience interested in partnering on this deal?
