Is Real Estate Merchandising Slowing Down?
I'm new to REI and am doing research to see how I want to engage with the market. I just read this article on the Washington Post, and I wanted to see what other people think: http://www.washingtonpost.com/business/economy/flipping-homes-goes-high-end/2013/10/17/fb7c08d0-367a-11e3-80c6-7e6dd8d22d8f_story.html
Do those of you with experience feel like wholesaling and rehabbing opportunities are drying up with the rise in mortgage rates and recovery of the real estate market? I would be especially interested in hearing what folks in VA have to say, since that is where I am located.
