    Hey @John Jasko! I have friends that invest there and it's insane to me the deals in that area. The city itself is nothing to write home about in my opinion, but I had friends purchase a 1960s-70s, 3-bed / 2-bath house for 10k in 2019 and rent it for $1k a month currently with zero updates made! The rental market is largely college students and young families the closer you get to Franciscan.
