HELOC bank search PA/NJ

I am looking for banks that offer HELOCs on investment properties . I currently use TD bank but they cut me off on another because I have more than three mortgage properties. Very few banks offer HELOCs on investment properties. The ones that I found that do have limitations on number of properties or mortgaged properties
