Help with finding leads

Hello, When I first started investing in real estate 1n 1998, it was so much easier to find properties. After a hiatus from investing for the last few years, I find now there are so many websites and lead lists it makes me crazy! I know the basics, driving around, cold calling, foreclosures, etc. I wanted to reach out to Bigger Pocket members for suggestions?
