Contracts for Partnerships
Hi all,
I am an aspiring real estate investor honing in on my first deal. I will be partnering on this deal with my brother. What is the best way to put a formal partnership in writing? Is an attorney required/worth it? There is obviously a tremendous amount of trust between us both but we still want to make this agreement formal as well as the ones to come.
