FIRST INVESTMENT PROPERTY PUTTING IN AN LLC
Hey i'm looking to buy an investment property but want it to be in an LLC and am struggling to find a bank to lend to a first timer in an LLC. I've been advised. that I cannot buy and then move to an LLC. Any suggestions on this?
