Just passing time anxiously waiting for closing . . .

My husband and I are under contract for our 4th rental property. Because we both work full time jobs and are raising 3 young boys, our time and money are limited so we don't get new properties often.

That said, I'm hooked on real estate. Now that we are under contract with our fourth, I'm itching to get closed and into the property to start work on it. Any solutions for my itchiness? I'm passing my time by getting all my ducks in a row for financing, inspections, etc. Before even making the offer we had a list of all repairs we needed and wanted to do and a timeline for them. I'm running out of things to occupy my time while waiting for closing!!

Does anyone else have it this bad? Is there a shot or pill to take the edge of the excitement?
