Wholesaling a property in a rural area?

I got a house up in Northern Maine under contract on Friday and although too early to tell I'm anticipating it might be difficult to find a buyer for. So far Ive posted in all local and non local FB/cash buyers groups probably about 50 or more. Reached out to RE agents (text) one texted back they will look around, one I have yet to respond to - I want to wait until I file the memorandum Monday morning, one is a broker owner who buys again respond to tomorrow. Reached out to construction companies ect. Its a good deal with a good spread of 60-90k for 1-2 months worth of work. ALL the comps (3) are pending all nice SFH with 3 bed 3 bath newly reno'd. Mine is a partial reno with most materials left behind since the owner had to move suddenly to care for her mother on hospice down south. The game plan for tommorow is to call all cash buyers I've pulled from Propstream in that area, call the RE agents/brokers, possibly make a slideshow to add to FB market place. If it doesn't sell in two weeks leaving me a month to close I plan to drive up 5 hours north and mingle with the locals for that day and the next. Any other ideas?
