Cold Calling Rental Listings
Has anyone had experience calling rental listings and asking if they are interested in selling instead? In today's market it is super hard to come by deals as they are being taken left and right. I have thought about this but have not tested it out. I was hoping maybe some of you have done this before and could share some insight/advice. Thanks!
