Seeking resources to pursue mid-term rentals
Hi BP! We have two small houses, a one-bedroom and a two-bedroom. The two-bedroom has been a long-term rental since 2018, and the one-bedroom is under rehab. When it's finished, we plan to use furnishedfinders.com to look for traveling medical professionals. If this works out, we'll convert the other property to a mid-term rental as well. I'm looking for any resources on this topic--books, podcasts, blogs, websites, etc. I'd also love to hear about experiences using furnishedfinders.com or other sites I can use. Thank you!

@Nicole Heasley Beitenman I see you posted this a few months ago and did not receive a reply. I was wondering if you found any resources about mid-term rentals. We will start a rehab here in Fort Worth, TX, and turn it into a mid-term rental because it is close to the medical district and a major college. I was wondering where you are at in converting the property.
