Trying to locate the owner of a property

Hello every and anyone!!

I have my eye on a property that can be great for a flip but I am running into a problem. I cannot get ahold of the owner. I have looked them up online, found the name and called the accessors office only to find that the vacant address is the only address listed. 

I am very familiar with the neighborhood being it the neighborhood I grew up in and still have family who reside there. The property has been vacant for well over 5 years now and will be a complete gut job. I have run comps on the property and found that the profit margin is WELL worth the project!!!!

Any ideas or help from BP community is very appreciated.
