First time investor questions.

I am beginning to educate myself in buying my first investment property. I am new to the Phoenix area and would like to network with people that have experience in Arizona. I am not focused in just the Phoenix area. I am hoping to possibly find an investor that I can go in with as well. I am a veteran and I am using my VA loan on the house I am living in. I know there are still some benefits that I have with my bank when it comes to investment properties. Thank you.
