Building Capital - Newbie

Alan J Katz
Posted

Hey everyone,

Initial apologies due to being pretty green with a fair chunk of investing in properties.

One thing I am curious about is dealing with building capital for properties. In the past two years, I’ve played with the stock market and made and lost money. I’ve now tried to just put away cash but it feels like it’s sitting there doing nothing for me right now.

I would love to hear if anyone has any takes on leaving future money for property in the stock market/liquid investments, or let it hang out in my account until it’s time for a down payment? Thank you!
