Business Structure Advice

Hello everyone,

I am a REALTOR in Virginia Beach and am starting to get into my own personal investing. I am currently putting my team together (lawyer, accountant, contractors, etc.) and am now at the point of choosing how to structure my business.

One of the lawyers I met with suggested I do a series LLC in Delaware. On the other hand, I had an accountant advise a C-Corp. I have been trying to do my research but am struggling to develop more information on C-corps and wanted to know what other investors are thinking.
