Hi all,

I've searched the forums, but haven't yet found the answer to this - Which form(s) would I fill out to transfer a home to an LLC? I own a property in Arvada, CO, which is in Jefferson County.

Thank you!

Neil

Quit Claim Deed. You can find free forms or templates online. We just did all of ours and it wasn't difficult at all. Talk to your County Clerks Office for specific instructions because that's where you'll be recording it.
