Investor Friendly Brokerage
Hello Biggerpockets!
I am a realtor licensed in Connecticut with eXp Realty. I'm 8 months in and I don't really have a desire to act as an agent except on sales of my own properties and I also recently learn that eXp does not allow wholesaling which is a deal breaker for me since wholesaling was the reason I got my license so distressed sellers can see me as a Realtor that abides to the code of ethics and not some sketchy investor looking to take advantage. Also, another reason I got licensed was for easier access to properties I'm interested in and access to the MLS. So I guess the question I'm asking here is does anybody know if there is any investor friendly agencies where I can hang my license with in CT that allows wholesaling and other investing strategies? I plan on leaving eXp soon to fit my real estate needs and goals.
