I am new to real estate investing and just purchased my first home on a conventional loan, and will be looking into multi family as my next deal what are some things you guys are looking out for in San Antonio and the surrounding areas for your property’s and what are some things I could do to further my knowledge about this market this is a weak spot for me any advice is helpful thanks for your time and responses!
