Rental property advice
Hey
Out of state, but looking for a rental property in Austin.
I am seeing good properties where the numbers make sense but built in 80s.
My plan is to rent out and cover most expenses (few hundreds negative is fine) then down the road either pay off and use as rental income or sell and make profit.
question: anyone can share good/bad experiences with older homes? I dont mins occasional repairs but worried about roofs/foundations
