Off market properties for fix and flip Baltimore

Hi everyone,

I am looking to purchase a property to fix and flip.

I have done one project before, in 2020 and am currently looking for my next project.

I am a cash investor with my own capital.

The only problem (which I am sure a lot of people are facing) is that I cannot find a good deal.

Prices are so high and there is still competition, even for properties that need a lot of work.

I am working with an agent, but she can’t find me anything that is worthwhile.

How can I find off market properties?

How can I get in touch with Wholeseller’s in my area?

I am looking to invest in the Baltimore, but am open to other cities in MD.

Basically, any place where I can find a good opportunity.
