Newbie looking for a multi-family investing strategy in Colorado

Hi all,

I just moved to Denver from Chicago and I am looking to get into real estate on the side while I run my e-commerce business. I am new to real estate but have been very interested in multi-family properties to invest in and cash flow. I probably have about 80-100k in cash that I am looking to take advantage of. I would like to know what to look for when finding properties and what areas may have some potential? I'm a newbie so any advice would be very helpful and I would love to connect with you all!
