Costs Of Investing OOS

Hey!

What additional costs are there to consider when investing OOS?

Of course, you're going to be using a Property Management Company, but are there additional taxes or fees when investing OOS?

And if so, do these costs vary state to state?

Thanks!

@Zackarias Aitchison If you don't build an effective Core 4 (deal finder, property manager, contractor and lender) you can find yourself in a sticky situation where you are burning cash, buying deals that don't make sense, or your property is not performing as it could. Being out of state means developing this team is crucial for your success.
