What additional costs are there to consider when investing OOS? 

Of course, you're going to be using a Property Management Company, but are there additional taxes or fees when investing OOS? 

And if so, do these costs vary state to state?

@Zackarias Aitchison If you don't build an effective Core 4 (deal finder, property manager, contractor and lender) you can find yourself in a sticky situation where you are burning cash, buying deals that don't make sense, or your property is not performing as it could.
