Advice For Finding A Partner

Hi All,

What kind of strategies have people used for finding and working with partners to help fund deals in the past? After purchasing a few properties, I'm realizing the difficulty of scaling a portfolio by saving up a 20% down payment each time. I would like to take on a trustworthy partner to help scale faster and would love to here other's experience with finding and working with partners! Thanks!
