Questions to ask when vetting a GC

Hi, I'm pretty new to the BP community and getting ready to start on this journey of real estate investing.  I've decided to start off with some flipping to build up some capital to eventually move to buy and hold.  I have a GC in mind that I want to use for my first project ( he's an old high school friend of my wife).  I still need to sit down with him to do some vetting which I plan to do this weekend.  Since this is my first time doing this I'm not sure what questions I should be asking this person.  I do have some questions in mind like " How many people do you have in your crew?" and a few other very basic questions.  I'm wondering what other questions should I be asking him?  Thank you in advance!
