Hello all! I'm Mike and I'm a newbie as you guys can all tell. I have just recently been introduced to the strategy of real estate investing more importantly wholesaling and I have a few questions I would like run it past you guys seeing as how there is invaluable experience here. I would like to know what are Subject To's, how do they work, is more difficult to accomplish compared to wholesaling? Please provide any feedback you guys have! Thanks!

-Mike
